Bike out to Papiroen a.k.a. Paper Island on the wrong side of town, where you'll find a special inhabitant - a warehouse full of trucks, vans and shipping containers serving street food.
Sit down to eat right by the water, careful not to fall overboard. Watch boats of all shapes and sizes float on by and revel in this local gathering, taking part in a sacred Danish summer past time.
